my opinion on Budget2012

I’ve read the budget and I can safely say, unless your one of the few rich people in the UK, then your not going to be happy in the coming months. The 2012 budget has only a few good points and obviously the coalition government concentrate on these points. The one point that the government has decided that may have some benefit to this country is the idea of enterprise loans, “later this year the Government will pilot the best way to introduce a programme of enterprise loans to help young people set up and grow their own business.” this idea could have major benefits for the young people of this country depending on how the government administer the loans and who they give the loans to. One thing to remember about this is that it is a loan and it hasn’t been made clear about the details of how or when it will be paid back, in fact the only reference that I can find to this proposal is the quote above. So not even this is definitely of any benefit for the country. This government has stated many times before that we are all in this together, but as most of the labour party and the media stations are saying, George Osborne has made it blatantly obvious that this isn’t the case.

yet another case of inefficiency in this government

I heard on the news the other day that politicians had finally come to a decision over whether or not to supply police with better equipment to help quell the riots (such as rubber bullets and water cannon). A bit too late to actually help police. This is yet another case of inefficiency in this government.

Broken Records That Are Called Politicians

Is it just me or do these politicians sound like broken records repeating the same thing over and over again, telling us that everything that is wrong with this country is the other parties fault, it’s a load of rubbish all politicians caused this problem but now they can’t fix the problems we as a country face. The only way this country can get out of the debt that this inefficient government created is if the people of Briton get their say.

Plans to see the Olympic torch

I have made my plans today to go and see the Olympic torch travelling through Huddersfield not sure what time yet but I know the day, should be something happy and cheerful to do for once.

THE WAY TO FIX OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM

The way that this government should be run isn’t with political parties that argue for a year on a single topic and then decide that their decision is in our best interest, it should be run by the public voting every single day. Any and all topics that currently go through parliament for a solution should be put to a public vote. All jobcentres and town/village halls should accommodate Permanente voting stations. Not only would this method give every person their fair share of a say in our country but it would also create thousands of jobs for the unemployed (we would need around three people per voting station to ensure that they are running efficiently). People would be able to vote just on the topics that actually affect them and if anyone wanted to vote on subjects that didn’t effect them then they could. Political parties shouldn’t exist, there should only be spokespeople who argue there points of view on TV debates, and representatives of the UK who go to meetings with other countries, but not even these representatives would decide anything they would simply be their to tell other countries the decision  that was voted for. This system would be flawless everyone would be happy.
